NBC Pension-Backed Home Loan Services

NBC Ghana Trust has entered into collaboration with a leading mortgage finance company to give its members easy access to mortgage finance opportunities. Contributors on the NBC Ghana Trust scheme can use their fund balance to seek a primary residence as stated in the Pension Act, Act 766.

How it works

You need to be part of NBC’s registered provident scheme, group pension scheme, or a personal pension plan.
