Head of Benefits Advisory and Business Development
Ivan started his professional career as an Analyst with many private Consultancy organizations. With over 13 years of Financial Market experience, his professional focus has been with Market Developments, Investments and Management of Pension Funds.
He is currently the Head of Benefits Advisory and Business Development at NBC Ghana Trust Limited with an overall responsibility of providing Pension Fund Advisory Services and Market Information on Retirement Provisions by Designing Scheme Structures and ensuring Service Standards.
He holds a first degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance option) from Central University College and an MBA (Finance) Certificate from University of Ghana.
As part of his professional work, he has participated in many consultancy assignments either solely or as a member of a team. He has received in-depth training in Pension Fund Administration and Investment Management in South Africa and executed many assignments for clients in the industry.
He is currently pursuing a PhD Program in Business Administration at Ghana Technology University College/CASS European Institute of Management Studies.
